Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Clipademic’s creator discovery and campaign management service.
The service
Clipademic offers tools to organize creator information, partnerships, outreach, campaign activity, and available performance information. Features may vary by account and may change as the service develops.
Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you provide, activity under your account, and protecting access to it. Use the service only with information and permissions you are entitled to use. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Acceptable use
Do not use Clipademic to violate law, platform rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or another person’s consent. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, send unlawful or deceptive outreach, or use creator information for purposes outside your lawful campaign work.
Creator and campaign information
You remain responsible for campaign briefs, creator communications, and materials you add. You grant Clipademic permission to process that information as needed to provide the service. Public creator information may be incomplete or change; verify important decisions before acting on it.
Third-party services and TikTok
Third-party sites and integrations have their own terms and availability. Clipademic may display eligible public TikTok posts with TikTok’s Player, subject to TikTok’s terms. Clipademic is not endorsed by TikTok and does not connect TikTok accounts or access private TikTok data.
Intellectual property
Clipademic retains its service design, software, and branding. You retain ownership of materials you lawfully submit, subject to the processing permission above and any rights held by third parties.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address misuse. You may stop using the service and request deletion of eligible information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.
Service availability and liability
We work to keep Clipademic available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete creator data, campaign outcomes, or the availability of third-party services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Clipademic is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
