Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Clipademic handles information used to operate its creator campaign platform.
Information we collect
When you use Clipademic, we may receive your name, email address, account identifiers, company details, creator profile links, application or inquiry details, campaign briefs, outreach messages, replies, status updates, and information you add to a campaign workspace. We also receive basic technical information needed to run and protect the site, such as request and diagnostic data.
Third-party information
Creator discovery may use publicly available profile links, search results, and limited metadata returned by supported public endpoints. If you connect Google Gmail, Clipademic receives the connected email address and the permissions you approve. We request permission to send campaign email; read-only Gmail access is optional and is used only to sync replies to campaign messages. The CRM stores campaign messages and matching replies so teams can manage the conversation. Disconnect Gmail in campaign settings to remove the stored account connection and request token revocation. Existing campaign conversation records and messages already sent may remain under the retention terms below.
TikTok information
Clipademic can store public TikTok profile and video URLs. When an authorized CRM user opens an eligible post preview, the browser loads TikTok’s Player; TikTok may receive technical request information directly under its own policies. TikTok’s public oEmbed service may return optional fields such as a title, creator name, or thumbnail. This feature does not retrieve private account data or TikTok performance metrics, and Clipademic does not connect TikTok accounts.
How we use information
We use information to provide creator discovery and campaign workflows, respond to applications and inquiries, manage authorized communications, maintain the service, protect accounts, and troubleshoot problems. We do not treat a public profile link as permission to access private account data.
Storage, security, and providers
Clipademic uses access controls for private workspace features and technical measures intended to protect stored information. Gmail refresh tokens are encrypted on the server. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information to host the site and database, authenticate users, deliver authorized email, or return discovery results. Google processes Gmail requests when an account is connected; other providers are involved only when their features are configured and used.
Retention and deletion
We keep information while it is needed for the service, legitimate operational records, or applicable legal obligations. Retention may differ by record type; we do not publish a single deletion period for all data. To ask us to access, correct, or delete information associated with you or a creator profile, email hello@clipademic.com. We may need enough information to verify the request and identify the relevant records.
Your choices and rights
You can choose what information to submit to Clipademic and may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Rights vary by location and may have exceptions. If an optional account connection becomes available, its permission and removal controls will be described before use.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as the product and applicable requirements change. The date above shows the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel when required.
